Route CardsThese route cards are provided free for you to download and print or amend to suit your own purposes. I've found that the various route cards I've been given to fill in for expeditions are not set up the way I want them. The route cards you fill in need to serve two important purposes: first and foremost they, at a glance, need to provide you with the information follow the route accurately and safely. Secondly the copies left with your base camp or supervisor must provide them with the information they need to locate you quickly and precisely in the case of an emergancy. I believe the route cards here display the required information in a format that is quick and easy to read - but if you want to arrange things differently then please modify them as you see fit. I will upload an example of a filled in route card shortly. Downloads for printingIf you don't already have a copy then you can download a free version of Adobe Acrobat reader to view or print the PDF version of the route card.Downloads for printing or modificationYou can fill these copies in on the computer and the print them out several times to save tediously copying everything out in triplicate by hand.
